Pivoting with Purpose: My New Reset Toward Real Wellness

Lately, I’ve had to get real with myself.
Even though I’ve been showing up consistently—juicing, eating whole foods, increasing my fiber—I noticed something: the weight wasn’t melting the way I expected. My body felt better, but the results I was hoping to see weren’t quite landing. And instead of feeling defeated, I chose something else.
✨ I chose to pivot.
Right now, I’m entering a new chapter of my wellness journey where I’m cutting out all added sugars, skipping starchy vegetables and beans, and focusing solely on clean proteins (like tofu and fish), non-starchy vegetables, and healing fats. It's not a diet—it's a reset. A season of stripping back to rebuild stronger.
Is It Still Whole Foods? Yes, Absolutely.
This phase is still rooted in real, whole, nourishing food—nothing processed, nothing fake. Just clean ingredients that fuel my body and bring me closer to balance. I’m still healing, still learning, just leaning in deeper.
Here’s what my plate looks like now:
🥬 Leafy greens like spinach, arugula, and kale
🥦 Cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cabbage
🐟 Clean proteins from salmon, tofu, and other plant-based sources
🥑 Healing fats like avocado, olive oil, and seeds
💧 Lots of water, herbal teas, and gut-loving habits
No sugar. No starchy distractions. Just real food and real intention.

Maybe you’ve hit a wall. Maybe your results aren’t matching your effort. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying everything.
