Hey beautiful souls,

It’s been a little while since I last wrote here, and I wanted to share what’s been happening on my healing journey.

The last time we connected, I mentioned that I was making some lifestyle changes—leaning into more greens, protein, and fruits like berries. I’m happy to say I’ve stuck with it. I’ve also incorporated intermittent fasting, and while I wish I had lost more weight by now, I’m honestly proud of what I’ve accomplished. The real win? Discipline.

For the past month, I’ve exercised every single day—even when I wasn’t feeling it. Even when the motivation just wasn’t there. That daily commitment has taught me to honor myself in new ways. It’s no longer just about weight loss—it’s about showing up, no matter what.

And it’s not just about food or movement. I’ve been making healthier swaps throughout my life—like using Humble deodorant, ECOS laundry detergent, and ECOS dishwashing liquid. These little changes make me feel more grounded in the kind of life I want to live: clean, intentional, and rooted in care.

On a deeper level, I’ve been diving into the book The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. It’s been incredibly eye-opening. I’ve been taking notes, reflecting, and learning how trauma affects not just the brain and body, but also our imagination and sense of self. It’s a powerful read, and I’ll definitely be sharing more insights as I go.

So that’s what I’ve been up to—healing, learning, and continuing to grow.

This space—Healing Into Me—was created to share this kind of truth: not just the highlight reel, but the real journey. Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, presence, and the small choices we make every single day.

Thank you for being here. I’ll be back soon with more. Until then, keep going. You’re not alone.

With love,

Healing Into Me
