Juice, Salads & No Coffee? Here's How I'm Feeling After Week One

So itās been officially one weekĀ since I started my wellness journeyāand wow, what a week itās been. š Iāve been drinking one juice every day and having the most colorfulĀ salads you can imagine. Iām honestly surprised at how good I feel.
And guess what? I havenāt had anyĀ coffee!Ā āļøOn Monday, I literally had to walk right past Starbucks and look the other way. š Iām so proud of myself for not ordering my usual caramel macchiato with an almond biscottiābecause listen⦠that was a ritualĀ for me. But I did it. I passed it by and kept it moving. Thatās growth. āØ
Now let me keep it real: I wasnāt fully prepared during the week, and I ended up ordering from Panda Express twice. š I had the Beyond Orange Chicken with lo mein and fried rice. It wasnāt part of the plan, but thatās life. Iām learning. This week, Iām committing to meal prepping for the full work week, and that includes prepping my juices too.
Physically, Iām feeling great! No coffee withdrawals (which I fullyĀ expected), and Iāve been having more than one bowel movement a dayāwhich, honestly, Iām really happy about. My body feels like itās moving and releasing better, and that alone is a win.
AlsoāI'm super excited because my copy of "Fiber Fueled" by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz is arriving later today!Ā Iāve heard so many good things about it, especially when it comes to gut health, plant-based eating, and the power of fiber. I canāt wait to curl up with it and soak it all in as I continue learning and growing.
And I have to sayāI am obsessed with my Nama J2 juicer!Ā š§ It makes juicing so easyĀ and smooth, and itās honestly been one of the best parts of this whole experience so far. It's quiet, efficient, and makes the best juices. I love it.
This journey isnāt about being perfectāitās about being present and intentional. Iām learning, adjusting, and evolving every day. Thanks for being here with me. š«
