Juice, Salads & No Coffee? Here's How I'm Feeling After Week One

Hi friends! 🌿


So it’s been officially one weekĀ since I started my wellness journey—and wow, what a week it’s been. šŸ’š I’ve been drinking one juice every day and having the most colorfulĀ salads you can imagine. I’m honestly surprised at how good I feel.


And guess what? I haven’t had anyĀ coffee!Ā ā˜•ļøOn Monday, I literally had to walk right past Starbucks and look the other way. šŸ˜… I’m so proud of myself for not ordering my usual caramel macchiato with an almond biscotti—because listen… that was a ritualĀ for me. But I did it. I passed it by and kept it moving. That’s growth. ✨


Now let me keep it real: I wasn’t fully prepared during the week, and I ended up ordering from Panda Express twice. šŸ˜… I had the Beyond Orange Chicken with lo mein and fried rice. It wasn’t part of the plan, but that’s life. I’m learning. This week, I’m committing to meal prepping for the full work week, and that includes prepping my juices too.


Physically, I’m feeling great! No coffee withdrawals (which I fullyĀ expected), and I’ve been having more than one bowel movement a day—which, honestly, I’m really happy about. My body feels like it’s moving and releasing better, and that alone is a win.


Also—I'm super excited because my copy of "Fiber Fueled" by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz is arriving later today!Ā I’ve heard so many good things about it, especially when it comes to gut health, plant-based eating, and the power of fiber. I can’t wait to curl up with it and soak it all in as I continue learning and growing.


And I have to say—I am obsessed with my Nama J2 juicer! 🧃 It makes juicing so easyĀ and smooth, and it’s honestly been one of the best parts of this whole experience so far. It's quiet, efficient, and makes the best juices. I love it.


This journey isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present and intentional. I’m learning, adjusting, and evolving every day. Thanks for being here with me. šŸ’«
